THE ROLE

  • Conduct in-home consultations for garage door replacement and service opportunities
  • Perform proper needs assessments to match the right door, opener, and components to the customer’s needs
  • Educate homeowners on safety, performance, insulation (R-value), and design options
  • Provide accurate measurements and project scope for quoting
  • Build and present proposals using company systems
  • Close sales and set clear expectations for installation, timeline, and next steps
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Follow up with customers through completion to ensure a strong overall experience
  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, reviews, and targeted neighborhoods
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline, communication, and scheduling
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and internal team

Experience Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (in-home sales a plus)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
